Return Policy for Buy-in-China


At Buy-in-China, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.


2. Time Limit


You have [14] days from the date of delivery to request a return.


3. Return Process


To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or [phone number]. Our team will assist you in the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.


4. Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within [14] business days.


5. Exceptions


The following items are not eligible for return:


- Any item not in its original condition or damaged

- Any item that is returned more than [14] days after delivery

Any purchases with an individual seller out of "Buy in China"  payment channels  are not eligible for return 


6. Shipping Costs


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
